Leading real estate firms have demonstrated no signs of slowing down.

As major cities in Asia ramp up their vaccination drives, the number of Covid infections have begun to falter and markets have started to show clear signs of recuperation. Singapore and Hong Kong’s new commercial hubs 

Despite the disruptions caused by the health crisis, the region’s commercial sector welcomed a massive boost in the built environment with Singapore’s Guoco Midtown by GuocoLand, winner of Best Mixed Use Development (Asia), Hong Kong’s 2 Murray Road by Henderson Land Group, winner of Best Office Architectural Design (Asia), and Malaysia’s i-Park @ Senai Airport City by IPARK DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD., winner of Best Industrial Development (Asia). 

Philippines and Indonesia’s nature-inspired developments 

The Philippines basked in the growth of greener structures with the addition of the Best Residential Green Development (Asia) winner, Damosa Land’s Agriya. Meanwhile, Indonesia showcased stunning beach views through Invest Island’s Torok Hill Resort that was named Best Hospitality Development (Asia).

Vietnam and China’s lifestyle-oriented homes
